Back on the Mac

After many years on Windows, and some serious work on Linux, my primary computer is an Apple iBook G4 (1 GHz, 14" screen), running OS X Panther 10.3.9. Since this computer runs all the commercial software I used on Windows and all of the open source software I use on Linux, there's really no need boot into anything else for most of the work I do. Plus, having access to the bash command prompt is pretty cool, too.Link I started on the Mac back in 1988, on a Fat Mac 512, and ran my business, Cadent Technologies Corp., on Macs until 2001, when the last of the Macs were replaced by Windows boxes. That's when I really started to work with Linux, athough I started using Unix in the mid 90's.
